Code Cobalt developed a custom WordPress integration that connects membership data with analytics reporting, enabling clearer visibility into user engagement across different membership tiers.

Tech-Talk needed accurate reporting on user login activity broken down by membership level on a monthly basis.

Their analytics tooling could not directly access membership level data, making it difficult to generate meaningful engagement reports without manual data reconciliation. With a large and growing number of membership tiers, they needed an automated, maintainable solution that integrated cleanly with their existing reporting workflows.

Code Cobalt built a custom WordPress plugin that synchronizes membership level information into a format accessible by the site’s analytics platform.

The solution provides an administrative interface that allows membership data to be synced across all users on demand, ensuring analytics reports remain accurate and up to date. By bridging membership data with user activity tracking, the platform can now generate detailed engagement reports segmented by membership level without manual intervention.

The custom integration enables Tech-Talk to generate reliable reports showing login activity by membership tier, providing clear insight into engagement patterns across their user base.
