Code Cobalt resolved critical conversion tracking issues affecting Google Ads attribution and Salesforce lead reporting. The work restored accurate end-to-end visibility into marketing performance by aligning online conversions, scheduling flows, and CRM data.
The Challenge
CRS Credit API lacked reliable visibility into marketing performance due to gaps in their conversion tracking pipeline.
Key user actions were not being properly attributed to Google Ads campaigns, limiting the effectiveness of enhanced attribution and making it difficult to measure true return on ad spend. In addition, conversions recorded in Salesforce could not be accurately linked back to their originating ad clicks, preventing closed-loop reporting across the customer journey.
Our Solution
Code Cobalt implemented a unified conversion tracking approach that aligned Google Ads, Calendly, and Salesforce into a single, consistent attribution flow.
We enabled Enhanced Conversions for Google Ads so that key user actions could be matched more accurately to ad interactions. In parallel, we established reliable offline conversion tracking by ensuring ad click identifiers were captured early in the user journey and carried through scheduling and CRM workflows.
Tracking was implemented and validated through Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Salesforce to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy across all systems.
Results
Conversion tracking is now fully functional across the entire funnel, from ad click to scheduled meeting to CRM conversion.
Enhanced Conversions improve attribution accuracy within Google Ads, while offline conversions from Salesforce are correctly attributed back to their originating campaigns. CRS Credit API can now confidently measure marketing ROI, optimize ad spend, and make data-driven decisions based on complete, end-to-end conversion visibility.
